Where the money goes

Everyone here is keeping someone.

It starts with noticing. That is the whole skill, and the whole claim: attention is worth something, and the old internet spent twenty years proving it by selling yours. No timer, no score. Just how much you see, and what you decide is worth standing behind.

Then the room recognizes it, and money lands in your account. You keep half. The other half you give away before the day is out, almost always to a member you will never meet, in a city you have never been, whose entry stopped you cold. They wake up funded by a stranger. The next morning, they do the same for someone else.

Nobody here is gathering a following. Everybody here is being kept, and keeping someone in return. The money never collects at the top and sits there. It moves, hand to hand, recognition to recognition, until the whole room is quietly paying for itself. You are not an audience. You are the reason a stranger keeps making things, and they are yours.
